Dying Light's Trailer
As the launch of Dying Light is drawing nearer, Techland decided to release a launch trailer for the game to celebrate the occasion.
The trailer showcases the game's selling points - parkour and survival-based gameplay. Take control of Kyle Crane, an undercover agent sent into the quarantine zone to rescue a high ranking military official.
The players are thrust into a beautiful open world environment where to survive, they not only have to rely on their combat skills and weapons but also on their traversal skills. Jump, climb, slide, and vault over obstacles to gain a tactical advantage over the infected or use your parkour skills to avoid danger. Fighting enemies head on might not always be the best option, especially at night. While during the day, the infected are slow and lumbering, when night falls, they become much more deadly as their strength and speed increases.
Dying Light releases digitally on January 27, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
