Released in 2011, Deus Ex: Human Revolution was one of the best games of the year and a worthy successor to the critically acclaimed original Deus Ex.
After being warmly received by critics and gamers alike, it was obvious that a sequel to Human Revolution was only a matter of time. Today, that time has come - Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Set in 2029, two years after the events of Human Revolution, the world is yet again embroiled in turmoil. After the Aug incident in which augmented people worldwide lost control of their limbs and minds resulting in the deaths of millions of innocents, transhumans are feared and hated by society. Players once again take control of Adam Jensen, who, outfitted with a slew of new augmentations, is now a member of a special task force tasked with the capture of augmented terrorists. Jensen's actions will ultimately lead him to uncover a massive conspiracy aimed at taking control of the future of humankind.
